What is different with the service provided?

Although we provide service and support to a wide variety of clients, we also try to ensure that our clients understand what we are doing and show them how they can do some of the basics themselves. For example, we have an elderly client who used to call us to fix the simplest things. Now when she calls, she is sure that she has done the entire list of things that we would do when we first arrive. Knowing what she has already done allows us to jump to the next logical step in the analysis without wasting our client's money on something that could be done before we got there.
